1. Introduction

BLAZE 360 ("BLAZE 360," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website blaze360.pro (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using BLAZE 360, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

#### 2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe to BLAZE 360 Premium, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our own servers.
  • Content you submit: campsite ratings, shade/privacy ratings, saved favorites, trip plans, and (in the future) user-submitted 360° photos or other campground documentation.
  • Communications: if you contact us for support or feedback, we retain that correspondence.

#### 2.2 Location Information

  • Precise location (with your permission): if you enable location sharing in your browser, we use your location to calculate estimated drive times to campgrounds and to power location-based recommendations and filters. You can decline this and manually enter a city or ZIP code instead.
  • We do not store a continuous history of your location — only what is needed to perform the specific feature you are using at the time (for example, calculating a drive-time band).

#### 2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search and filter selections, and general interaction data.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (campground search, 360° tours, Adventure Hub, Trip Planner, availability checks)
  • Process Premium subscription payments and manage your account
  • Personalize your experience, including location-based drive-time filtering and recommendations
  • Improve and develop new features
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse

4. Third-Party Services

BLAZE 360 integrates data and services from third-party providers to power features such as interactive maps, campground and trail information, weather forecasts, booking/reservation links, and (where enabled) advertising and payment processing.

  • Mapping and location services: we use third-party mapping providers to power our interactive maps, satellite/3D terrain views, and drive-time calculations. If you share your location, it is sent to these providers solely to perform the feature you are using (for example, calculating a drive-time band).
  • Public recreation data sources: campground, trail, and park information is sourced from various government and open-data providers. These integrations are one-way (data flows to us) and do not involve sharing your personal information.
  • Booking and reservation partners: when you choose to check availability or book a campsite, you may be directed to a third-party reservation platform to complete that transaction. Your interaction with that platform is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
  • Weather data providers: we use third-party weather data to power forecasts and our Campability scoring, using location coordinates relevant to the campground or search you are viewing.
  • Payment processing: if you subscribe to BLAZE 360 Premium, your payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our own servers.
  • Advertising (if/when enabled): we may work with third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdSense, who may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. See Section 5.3 below.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

#### 5.1 What We Use Cookies For

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (such as saved map style or filter selections), and understand how the Service is used.

#### 5.2 Your Choices

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may limit some features of the Service (for example, staying logged in or remembering your preferences).

#### 5.3 Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense)

We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our Service and/or other sites on the internet.

Location data used for a specific search or filter action is not retained beyond what is needed to complete that action, unless you have saved a preference (for example, a default location) to your account.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of certain data uses, such as personalized advertising

8. Children's Privacy

BLAZE 360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@blaze360.pro and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

BLAZE 360 is based in and operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly (for example, by email or an in-app notice).
